Customer relationship management - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - is based on two aspects, such as matching an action strategy appropriate for the target group and its implementation using appropriate IT tools.

 

In the company's system of activities related to customer relations, the key issue is the individual recipient and establishing the closest possible relationship with him, which will lead to gaining his trust. Mass communication and striving to sell as much of the offered goods as possible play a subordinate role here.

 

An extremely important issue during the implementation stage of the planned steps is the customer database, its proper and continuous analysis and drawing conclusions. Based on specialist knowledge about consumer attitudes, their history and shopping preferences, we will be able to better predict the behavior of individual consumers, adjust the way of communication and establish a more intimate relationship with them. Additionally, when the client notices that he is appreciated and noticed by the company, he will be more willing to use the services it offers and will return to it with greater conviction.
