The marketing funnel allows you to clearly and transparently illustrate the path from identifying the potential target group of our advertising messages to acquiring loyal and devoted brand customers.
The best way to understand this diagram is to imagine the shape of an ordinary kitchen funnel. At the very beginning, the group of potential customers and users of our products is wide, i.e. it is located in the highest part of the funnel - where it is the widest.
After the recipients are interested in our product, some of them can go to the store to see the product from the physical side. However, it will not be everyone who received the information about the product and here the group of people interested in the product narrows - we go down the funnel.
Only some of those who have already visited the store will decide on the final purchase, and here we meet again with a narrowing of the group of recipients.
At the very bottom of the marketing funnel - at its narrowest point - there are only all those people who not only bought our product, but will return for it many times in the future.
