Public relations (PR)

Various types of activities aimed at creating a positive image of the company and maintaining the best possible relations between the company and the environment.

 

Public relations activities are long-term and complex activities necessary to become someone important on the market and generate significant profits. The recipients of these activities can be two groups:

 

• internal recipients

• external recipients

 

The first group, much narrower than the second, will consist of the company's employees, as well as their families and all shareholders. This is a very important group of recipients, as the appropriate attitude of employees towards the company makes them more involved in the performance of their duties.

 

When it comes to external recipients, we are talking here, among others, about potential and current customers, competition, as well as state institutions, journalists and the local community. The image of the company we create in the minds of customers will translate into, for example, the willingness to buy our products, and in relation to journalists, it will ensure promotion in the press or other types of mass media.

 

The means used as part of public relations activities are, among others:

• press conferences

• open days for journalists, clients, etc.

• participation in fairs and exhibitions

• the appropriate appearance of the company's headquarters and the clothing of its employees

 

And also many other activities creating a positive image of the company.
