Paid search results

Search results are tagged with the word "advertisement", displayed after the user enters a given phrase in the search engine.

 

When looking for specific information on the Internet, the user enters the searched phrase into the search engine, and then websites are displayed to him, the content of which is in some way related to the information sought by the user. We divide these searches into paid and free searches. Free, or organic, results are typical links that lead to specific websites. Above them, however, there are links marked with the word "advertisement". This is what we refer to as paid search results.

 

The model by which the price for this type of Internet advertising is calculated is PPC (pay per click). It consists in the fact that the advertiser pays a predetermined rate only when the user visits his website, they say more simply - he clicks a specific link - and not just for its display in the search results.

 

This type of internet advertising applies not only to Google search engines, but also, inter alia, Yahoo! or Bing.
