Running social media for Thai Wok

Short description of the project

In March 2022, we embarked on a passionate adventure with the renowned Thai Wok brand. Our joint mission focused on actively managing and developing their social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. In the course of this collaboration, we not only shared their unique culinary experiences with observers, but also planned and executed various advertising campaigns and carried out many innovative and interesting marketing activities.

Instagram

In the area of account management on Instagram, marketing agency Vreego was pleased to play a key role in creating compelling content. The Thai Wok company provided us with exceptional photos that perfectly captured the essence of their authentic dishes and were a source of constant inspiration. We were responsible for creating all the graphics used on the platform. We knew that the visual aspect of the account on this platform was extremely important, as it is the eye-catching and professional graphics that have the power to attract users' attention and build brand recognition.We reliably researched and analyzed Thai Wok's brand identity, immersing ourselves in its values and philosophy to better understand what sets it apart in the market. Based on this insight, we created graphics that fully conveyed its authenticity and passion for Asian cuisine. Taking care to maintain consistency in the visual message, we sought to create a unique and memorable graphic style that was also consistent with the brand's guidelines.

Instagram Thai Wok

Reels and stories

In our strategy for running an Instagram account for the Thai Wok brand, we also decided to actively use dynamic video forms, such as impactful reels and stories. This was key to enhancing engagement and interaction with our audience and providing them with an authentic culinary experience.

We regularly created animations and videos that enabled us to present Thai Wok dishes in an interesting and appealing way. These visually dynamic materials focused on highlighting the flavors, aromas and preparation process of the dishes, which whetted the appetite and encouraged exploration of Asian cuisine. Thanks to the animations, the dishes came to life on the screen, and viewers were transported on a virtual culinary journey.

The regularity of publishing rollicking content and stories was a key part of our action plan. Maintaining constant activity allowed us to build long-term relationships with our watchers. Thanks to these activities, we had the opportunity to react to current trends and topics, which allowed us to be up to date with the interests of our audience.

Our cooperation resulted not only in an increase in the number of watchers, but also in engagement, which allowed us to get in closer contact with customers and understand their needs and preferences.

Facebook

We were not limited to running an account on Instagram, as we also actively managed the Facebook page for the Thai Wok brand. Our activities on this platform were equally dynamic and engaged, allowing us to reach an older audience.

On Facebook, we focused on a variety of content, adapting it to the characteristics of this platform and the expectations of our community active on it. We regularly shared inspiring photos of dishes, fully showing their appetizing qualities and the unique taste that everyone who tries Thai Wok dishes enjoys.

We also introduced interactive posts that engaged our followers to actively participate in contests, a taste survey and various events. As a result, we built an engaged and active community that felt closely connected to the Thai Wok brand.

All of these Facebook activities supported our strategy of building relationships with customers, providing valuable content and building awareness of the Thai Wok brand. Through active management of this platform, we were able not only to achieve engagement success, but also to turn the community into brand ambassadors who enthusiastically shared the Thai Wok experience with other users.

Active engagement on Facebook for the Thai Wok brand has yielded significant results in building communities, strengthening brand awareness and implementing a unique culture of culinary experiences. Our collaboration with the Thai Wok brand was passionate and committed, which allowed us to effectively reach a wide range of Asian cuisine lovers.

TikTok

In an effort to fully utilize the potential of social media, our marketing agency has also actively engaged with TikTok. Taking advantage of the dynamic nature of this platform, we created interesting campaigns that won the hearts of a younger and more diverse community.

At TikTok, we decided to explore different content formats to reach the largest possible audience. One of our creative projects in collaboration with Manto and the Copacabana team was a series of videos featuring the Thai Boxing Course, which was released in episodes. In this marketing strategy, we focused on reaching active, sports-oriented people and associating Thai Wok as a healthy, nutrient-rich dish, which helped attract new customers interested in tasty and beneficial meals.

Contests on TikTok were also an important part of our activities. We created fun and engaging challenges that required users to share their creative ideas related to Asian cuisine and the Thai Wok brand. As a result, we were able to encourage viewers to create their own content and become part of the Thai Wok community.

 

 

Designing a variety of graphics


In addition, we also took care of the brand image outside the social media sphere. We designed graphics for boxes that conveyed not only the brand name, but also Thai Wok's unique style, inspiring customers right at the stage of picking up their ordered dishes. Creating stickers with Thai Wok logos and graphics that were added to orders allowed us to reinforce the brand identity and build customer loyalty.

 

 

Brandbook


As part of our comprehensive collaboration with the Thai Wok brand, we also created a brandbook for the brand, which served as a guiding document for the brand's visual identity and communication strategy. The brandbook included detailed information on logos, colors, fonts, tone of communication, as well as rules on how to manage the brand across platforms. As a result, Thai Wok had a consistent and coherent message at all levels of communication.

Advertising campaigns for Thai Wok


During our fruitful collaboration with the Thai Wok brand, we focused on running comprehensive advertising campaigns that covered various marketing aspects on various social media platforms. Our main goal was to build a strong and authentic brand identity, engage customers and provide them with an inspiring and unique Asian cuisine experience.

In our marketing strategy for the Thai Wok brand, we focused on tailoring content to different target audiences on each social media platform. On TikTok, we engaged younger users up to the age of 24 through creative and dynamic videos. On Instagram, we reached people in their 20s to 40s with beautiful graphics and inspiring video content. On Facebook, meanwhile, we focused on the over-40 group, providing a variety of content that engaged and built loyalty. With this flexibility, we achieved greater reach and engagement, providing each group with content tailored to their preferences and interests.

All these activities composed together created a highly effective marketing strategy that enabled us to achieve significant results for the Thai Wok brand. Our collaboration helped to strengthen the brand's position in the market, build a loyal community and convey the authentic experience of a culinary journey through Asia. It has been a truly rewarding experience that has brought us great pride as a marketing agency.
