A document posted on the company's website explaining which personal data of customers is stored by the website owner and how it is obtained and processed.

 

Before launching the website, it should be analyzed whether we will collect and then process personal data of customers or visitors to our website in any way. If so, then we are forced to post on the website information about exactly what data we store and what exactly we will do with it in the future.

 

If on our website users can, among others: leave comments regarding, for example, products, subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form, then we process their personal data, about which we are obliged to inform them. As a rule, the information footer is the place on the website where the company's privacy policy is placed.
