The consumer's purchasing process consists of many stages, and in short, the recognition of the need to have a specific good, searching for a satisfactory product, its purchase and post-purchase evaluation - satisfaction with the purchased good or not. As a company that wants to be recognized as much as possible, we must ensure that the potential consumer has practically constant contact with our brand. As a result, after recognizing the need for a product, the consumer will not be forced to look for information about it, but he will immediately think of the product or service we offer, as well as its properties and what it provides us.
Currently, however, simply providing information about the brand is not enough. The consumer wants to be appreciated and treated by the brand as individually as possible. This is what the company requires, among other activities in social media, where it is possible to be in constant contact with the recipient, thus giving him a sense of attention and interest in his person.
We can provide the customer with contact with our brand in various ways. These can be, for example, advertising materials at the point of sale, such as a special display or advertising stands with our products. We can also use the previously mentioned social media or websites to spread the image of our brand. And these are just some ways to inform customers about our company, and thus - our brand.
