Contact form
A website subpage that allows the visitor to contact the company quickly.
One of the basic elements that should be on every website is the contact form. Even if your website has a "contact" tab in the menu, it is also a good idea to include an option in the information footer that allows the visitor to contact the company. Each client is different, therefore we must equip our website with as many options as possible for the user to contact us.
The appropriate contact form should:
-
be as simple as possible - a lot of fields to complete and a lot of content discourage the visitor from any action
-
not require much - include fields to complete only the most important information
-
be legible - if the form contains many parts, it is worth dividing it into sections
-
be clearly described - each field should be as precisely as possible, and at the same time briefly described
-
communicate errors - select e.g. which field has not been completed by the customer
-
be visually interesting - boring and graphically uninteresting designed contact form, will not encourage the client to communicate
The contact form will also be made more effective and more attractive by equipping it with CTA buttons and removing CAPTCHA anti-spam protections, which force the user to e.g. rewrite various types of characters and reduce his interest on the website.
